To meet the varying needs of our clients, we have multiple support tiers each offering varying levels of support both fully remote and including on-site support. The tiers we offer provide options for startups through to enterprise. We can provide business hours support Monday to Friday to 24/7 support. We fully support macOS, and Windows endpoints and the infrastructure that makes it tick in the background whether that’s Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure or AWS.
In addition to providing full help-desk services, our enterprise offerings can be customised to your exact needs. For example, we can provide dedicated onsite IT resources within your business, whether that’s an IT engineer or IT manager, with the backing of our IT service desk and subject matter expert Technical Account Managers.

We can be your entire IT capability or augment existing in-house teams, IT managers and C-level executives.
Example A, (add specialist a support team): An existing IT team needing to expand capabilities. You may have a highly capable in-house team of Windows technicians and an IT manager, but need to add macOS/ iOS expertise to support your VIPs or a particular department who use Mac. We can seamlessly sync with your IT team to provide specialised escalation support or help with deployment projects and strategy.
Example B, (add a help-desk team to free up your IT management): An SME in need of an IT help-desk. Many times when engaging with new clients, especially startups, we have seen that IT has typically fallen under the responsibility of one person who has many other things to do other than deal with IT support.
